You want the best cannidate for the Netroots Endorsement.......

Now I know many of you are wondering who is this person I'm speaking of who fits the requirements almost perfectly and has the ability to in one fell swoop lop of the head of a state Republican Party? It's a man who life has been like a Horatio Alger story coming from poverty on the South Side of Chicago to being able to sit at the highest levels of government and bussiness.  A man whose commitment to his principles is immovable and who is willing to listen to the ideas of the average man on the and his grassroots campaign supporters unlike 99% of the those who run for public office.

Feel ineffective and useless here's a way to shake that feeling.....

The readers and writers of My Due Diligence should help this cannidate win her bet that blog ads actually work, just to stick it to her in the box consultant and once his own money has been spent for the race he will no doubt be alot more committed to help her actually win.

On a more strategic level

If we bloggers are going to become useful on a national level we need to give to and fight in races no one in the establishment are paying attention to swing district races in blue/purple states on the state level which will in effect give us people willing to go after supposedly "entrenched" incumbants in the areas around them like Republican Congresspuppets.

GOP party spokesman comments : New ideas meme,,,,

A GOP party spokesman says any Democratic contender will suffer the same fate as Coleman if "new ideas" aren't put forward.

Ohio GOP Spokesman John McClelland says, "This is just another example that the Democrats are in disarray. They have no ideas, no vision, no leadership and Mike Coleman found out you can't run statewide campaign on cute political cartoons or finger pointing."

What do you all say to this???

The fact that the a Democratic Party Organization hasn't bought up this website domain is sad.

When will this party learn the importance of directing website traffic by controlling exclusive rights to their Internet identity.  It's something the Republicans have realized the importance of as keeping up there website traffic as www.georgebush.com, www.georgewbush.com and www.republicans.com all lead to the website of the RNC.

If George Bush actually cared about rebuilding NOLA.

He would use a large piece of that flooded land in New Orleans to build his Presidental Library.  Why Karl Rove hasn't thought of this I don't know, but it shows he might be a tactical expert when it comes to winning elections, but not at turning around his President's PR problems.  The Lousiana Republican Party should start a petition to make it happen. But they won't because they are too stupid to think up such a masterstroke.  Bill Clinton however would of done it because he is a genius.  The sun rises and falls like clockwork and so does ignorance, fear and bigotry which is what the Republicans win on every time.  Stand up people and lets fight to fufill the Covenant we made over 200 years ago when the true patriots of our nation took the reigns away from the aristocratic Federalist Party and crushed the Barbery pirates and others who wanted to have us pay them tribute and shake in fear of them.  Let us move FORWARD TOGETHER and work to institute our cosmic vision for a limitless future free of ignorance, fear and bigotry where we are all American again not divided into mindless slogan shouters who refuse to think of creative solutions to common roadblocks.  Because in reality we are all made of the same elements and in reality their are no conservatives, moderates, liberals, progressives, regressives or centrists, just human beings fighting to survive and leave a mark on this world.

I think this says it all about a Brown vs Hackett race.

I never realized how fun it would be to look up Federal Election information.

The most interesting thing I've learned so far has been that John Glenn is carrying over two million dollars in debt from his 1984 presidential campaign and still has 92,000 in his Senate campaign account.  Additionally, President Clinton's Presidential campaign committee still has over 300 thousand dollars in debt.

Massachusetts Gubanatorial Democratic Primary.

This is a race which hasn't gotten much attention out here in the national blogsphere.

However it should, because it will be the biggest primary upset in the nation next year.

Deval L Patrick, a former assistant attorney general for WJC, ex-corporate executive and public interest lawyer has the support of the activist community, a good number of Republicans and Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts.  He is also an sub saharan African who has had to deal with the racism that people of that racial type are forced to deal with due to the lingering effects of America's troubled past.

He is the underdog in this race due only to two factors, a current name recognition gap and fundraising gap between himself and the uninspiring party hack Attorney General Tom Reilly who seemingly feels its his time to be governor.  But, when no one on the ground is actually driven to support you with any passion what chance are you going to have in the general election against a Republican such as Christy Mihoes who is proposing to end tolls outside of Route 128 and other government slashing programs that will resonate with ignorant voters who still think Massachusetts has high taxes when we are actually Fourtysixth in total taxes levied.

Sherrod Brown.

Is going to crush Paul Hackett in any primary.  He is brutally honest, tough and someone who can overcome any bullshit tags that are laid upon him he is a leading Fair Trade advocate and can make clear to people in rural Ohio that he want to go to the Senate to actually make sure people can put food on the table and give their children the opportunity to keep their farms in the family through use of alternative fuels such as soybean oil, and ethanol from corn and sugar cane.  He'll do what Kerry didn't and tell the Republicans to shove their girly name calling up their ass. Therfore lets have Hackett run for Brown's current House seat at Brown's request and keep the Ohio 13th well represented.
